• "Organizer," "we," "our," and "us" means Duraline, the organizer of this Contest;
• "Sponsor" means each company and organization referenced in the "Sponsor" section of the Contest web site that supports and contributes to the organization of this Contest; and
• "You," and "yourself" means an eligible Contest entrant. By entering this Contest, you are agreeing
• that you will abide by the Official Rules written and referenced below;
• that this Contest is governed by the laws of the Delhi, India, and that you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Delhi, for any disputes arising out of this Contest, and
• that Duralines Privacy Policy will apply to this Contest and to all information that we receive from you, including your entry and supporting materials, and that by accepting the Official Rules and submitting an entry, you are also accepting the terms of the Privacy Policy.

• You may not exchange non-cash prizes for cash or any other merchandise or services.
• You may not designate someone else as the winner. If you are unable or unwilling to accept your prize, we may award it to the next highest scoring entrant.
• If you accept a prize, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the prize, as permitted.
• Unless otherwise noted, all prizes are subject to their manufacturers warranty and / or terms and conditions.

By accepting a prize you agree to participate in promotional events and activities that may include, but are not limited to, showcases of your entry on-stage at industry events, and allow us and the Sponsors to use your name, trademarks, image, comments on presentation slides and other marketing materials promoting the Contest.

Return of any prize or prize notification as " ‘undeliverable’ due to incorrect address" will result in disqualification of the person but if the prize is returned as ‘undelivered’ due to some other reason, then the winner must contact Dura-Line, within next 2 working days and must pay the delivery charges within 5 working days from the date of this communication in order to get the prize delivered again.

Dura-Line is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; or iv. prize deliveries attempted but not received.

Dura-Line is not responsible or liable in any way for any defects in the prize. The manufacturer of the product will be solely responsible for the same.

Dura-Line will sponser the cost of stay at Goa for 2Nights & 3 days inclusive of meals and local travelling. Any other expenditure of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls etc. has to be borne by the winner. The stay includes a full-day tour of the Dura-Line manufacturing facility.

All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry.

In the event of cancellation, Dura-Line may, in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants who had validly entered the prize draws at the time of such cancellation.

• are granting us an irrevocable, worldwide right and license to: (i) use, review, assess, test and otherwise analyze your entry and all its content in connection with this Contest; and (iii) feature your entry and all its content in connection with the promotion of this Contest in all media (now known or later developed);
• agree to sign any necessary documentation that may be required for us and our designees to make use of the rights you granted above;
• understand and acknowledge that we, other Sponsors and other entrants may have developed or commissioned materials similar or identical to your submission and you waive any claims you may have resulting from any similarities to your entry;
• Understand that we cannot control the incoming information you will disclose to our representatives in the course of entering, or what our representatives will remember about your entry. You also understand that we will not restrict work assignments of representatives who have had access to your entry. By entering this Contest, you agree that use of information in our representatives unaided memories in the development or deployment of our products or services does not create liability for us under this agreement or copyright or trade secret law;
• Understand that you will not receive any compensation or credit for use of your entry, other than what is described in these Official Rules.

• To abide by the Official Rules; and
• To the extent allowable under applicable law, to release and hold us and our Sponsors, and our respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or any prize won; and
• That our decisions will be final and binding on all matters related to this Contest; and
• That, by accepting a prize, we may use of your proper name and state of residence online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with this Contest, without payment or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law; and
• Participants may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple participants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified.
